I took my vehicle in for warranty work.

Quick service & very pleasant

Salesman Zach Anderson was amazing! All personnel were very knowledgeable.

Had wait 3 months for part electronics Which I don’t think its Hatfields fault. probably GM’s. It’s all in now , but the phone won’t call out. Told it onstars problem now. You by a new vehicle. You think it would last long then a year . I understand things break down, but three months? And to push off on onstar they should able to do all that at the dealership! Customer should not have to deal with it. Paid good money for this should not have to chase our tail around to get things done!

I certainly have no complaints. The service department addressed all the issues on my 2020 Chevy Spark that I asked them to. I waited for it and it was ready to go in just about the time that the service manager told me. Everyone I encountered was friendly

The service department was awesome, however, GMC is failing to resolve the issue with the 2023 Canyon HUD as noted in their service bulletin dated 12/17/2024.

James picked up my car, had the service performed, and it was returned to my workplace by lunchtime.

4 new tires and alignment. Was told it would take 3 hours. Waited in store and they were done in 2 hours.

The salesman Zach was very nice and knowledge. Also the manager. We are satisfied with our purchase.

I really appreciated Zach offering to meet at the Jay Hatfield in Pittsburg, KS (30 min away) versus Chanute, KS (1.5 hrs away). Everything went very smoothly. I was in and out even with a test drive.
